- An extract
- Any service, any period, redacted as required. The charge detail and the amounts are sufficient to establish a population.
- The terms it was raised under
- Contract rate, rate card, guidelines or the vendor agreement. Testing is performed against the terms, so their absence narrows the assertions that can be tested rather than the population.
- The aging it sits in
- Due and overdue buckets establish whether the population remains within the control window or has already settled, which decides what can still be exercised rather than merely observed.
Material submitted is held in confidence and used only for the testing agreed with the submitting party.
